Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.

Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. May direct and lead the work of others. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

PLACEMENT COORDINATOR
The duties and responsibilities of the Placement Director are the following;
*   Provides Externship to current students.
*   Coordinates and assists in job search and placement for students.
*   Delivers and coordinates presentations, workshop and seminars for the newly graduates in preparation for placement.
*   Maintains confidential client and referral records.
*   Administer job surveys and inventory questionnaires
*   Coordinates an employment referral program; interviews applicants to determine interests, skill, strengths, and weaknesses; advises on carcer choices; refers for additional training and experience, when indicated.
*   Maintains contact with local employers to obtain information on job opportunities, to develop and enhance working relationship, and to facilitate client placement.
*   Maintains a database of employment possibilities and resource library, including career guidance references, college catalogs, employment literature, and related information.
*   Assists students in the job search and advises them on procedures for obtaining employment.
*   Coordinates or provides training in writing resumes, completing applications, and interviewing.
*   Performs other duties as may be assigned by the School Director.
Placement Coordinator reports to the School Director.

The responsibilities and duties of Field Representative are as follows:

  •   Generate leads for the Admissions Department
  •   Recruit prospective students in the field;
  •   Distribute flyers in the community;
  •   Schedule appointments for prospective students;
  •   Maintain records of leads generated from the field;
  •   Attend staff "in-service" training workshops and seminars, as r
  •   Other duties, as required

The Field Representative reports to the Director of Admissions.
